WE ACCEPT HSA & FSA!
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, your appointment is exclusively reserved for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist's day that could have been filled by another client. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to $25, while $50 for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice. Clients who miss (no show) their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Policy: If you are late, your massage time will be shortened to accommodate all following scheduled appointments.
